Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) is a public sector company of the Government of Punjab, incorporated under Section 42 of The Companies Act 2017, invites applications from reputed law firms for the provision of legal consultancy/advisory services:

Other Terms and Conditions:
- The engaged law firm must demonstrate strong expertise in corporate law, particularly in relation to public sector companies and the litigation of public auctions.
- The firm must nominate a Senior Partner / Lead Counsel who fulfills the required qualifications and experience.
- Proven experience in handling cases at the Lahore High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan is mandatory.
- Only shortlisted firms will be invited for interview/presentation. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- The company reserves the right to reject all applications without assigning reasons thereof.
- Interested law firms must submit the following:
- Firm profile with detailed credentials and areas of expertise.
- Certificate of registration / incorporation of firm.
- Attested copies of valid Punjab Bar Council licenses of concerned advocate(s) / partner.
- Attested copy or original experience certificates issued by the concerned Bar Association and countersigned by the Session Judge pertaining to the firm or the Lead Counsel.
- Attested copies of at least 05 reported cases handled by the firm or its senior partner (computer generated list will be accepted).
- The firm may represent through its authorized representative or partner in case of interview.
- Monthly retainership fee up to PKR 350,000/- (without tax) will be offered. The services of selected firm will be for the cases only pertaining to Lahore High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan. Including the TORs of the engagement.
Hard copies of the complete applications must reach on the following address till 15-05-2026 during the office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) only through registered post. The application received after 15-05-2026 shall not be entertained.
