Principal (Professor / Associate Professor)

Applications from accomplished nursing professionals are invited to lead the college as Principal. This role requires strong academic leadership, administrative oversight, and commitment to advancing nursing education in line with national and international standards.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• PhD in Nursing with 3–5 years' administrative experience. OR
• MSN with Post RN BSN/BSN and minimum 10 years' administrative experience
• Qualification in Medical Education will be preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to ensure high standards in nursing education, clinical training, and practice, aligned with international best practices.
• Ensure compliance with PN&MC, HEC, and accreditation requirements, including management of inspections and audits, aligned with global standards.
• Oversee academic operations, admissions, and faculty performance, ensuring clinical competency and evidence-based practice.
• Promote a culture of discipline, research, and continuous professional development in line with evolving global nursing trends.
• Strengthen coordination with clinical training facilities and ensure effective interdepartmental coordination.
• Lead strategic planning for growth and program expansion, incorporating emerging and internationally recognized nursing disciplines.
