Ministry of Railways intends to hire the services of Legal Adviser (MP-II Scale) to serve in Directorate of Legal Affairs of Pakistan Railways, on contract basis, initially for a period of (03) three years extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval by relevant authority, against the following post: -

• Recruitment will be made under MP Scales Policy, 2020 issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan and updated vide their O.M. No. 1/3/2020-E-6/E-8 dated 24-05-2021, OM No. 1/3/2020-E-8 dated 23.05.2024 and Finance Division's OM No. F.3(2)R-4/2011 dated 31.10.2023.
• The appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on annual (yearly) basis subject to satisfactory performance.
