Position Title: General Manager Works

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Works to lead the manufacturing operations of our cement plant located at Gharibwal, tehsil Choa Saidan Shah, District Chakwal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, preventive and predictive maintenance, product quality, mining operations, workplace safety, and dispatch.
• Manage annual budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources across all departments.
• Provide strong leadership and effectively manage cross-functional teams, including Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Mechanical, Production, Dispatch, Mining, and Quality Control.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, product quality, and profitability while aligning plant operations with overall company objectives.
• Ensure continuous improvement in operational processes and the efficient functioning of plant machinery and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university (preferably B.Sc. Mechanical), registered with PEC.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in the cement industry, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
