About This Role
Bestax is a Dubai-based accounting and business setup firm providing services in accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and company formation. We help businesses stay compliant and make informed financial decisions. This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer with deep expertise across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should go beyond basic configurations and be capable of building advanced custom solutions, automations, and integrations within Zoho and with third-party applications. You will design, develop, and implement custom functions and workflows, manage complex integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- • Design, develop, and implement custom functions and workflows within Zoho applications
- • Build and manage integrations across Zoho apps including Zoho CRM, Books, Recruit, People, Cliq, Forms, Bookings, and Meeting
- • Develop and maintain third-party integrations using APIs and webhooks
- • Customize Zoho modules, layouts, and processes based on business requirements
- • Automate complex business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Strong hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (end-to-end knowledge)
- ✓ Expertise in Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation
- ✓ Experience with Zoho CRM customization and advanced workflows
- ✓ Proven experience in integrating Zoho apps with each other
- ✓ Experience with third-party integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- ✓ Ability to handle complex, non-standard business requirements (not just basic setups)
- ✓ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓ Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- ✓ 1-3 years of professional Zoho development experience
