Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design and deliver comprehensive digital media strategies that align with and exceed client business objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and entrench deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning the agency as an indispensable growth partner.
• P&L & Financial Accountability: Manage the account P&L, develop detailed scopes of work, optimize account profitability, and oversee billing operations and compliance.
• Commercial Growth: Cultivate new business opportunities, negotiate business terms effectively, and confidently sell in innovative media plans and internal initiatives.
• Team & Resource Management: Oversee annual staffing plans, quarterly resource allocations, and lead cross-functional specialist teams to meet rigorous deadlines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with media vendors, creative agencies, and global network partners to maximize the client's digital media investments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in Digital Planning, Media Buying, and leading high-performing media teams.
• Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or an equivalent degree from a reputable business school.
• Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all executive levels.
• Negotiation & Numeracy: Strong numerical proficiency with a sharp track record in commercial negotiation.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple complex demands within tight, challenging deadlines.
