About This Role
Muzaffarabad Physical Rehabilitation Centre is recruiting a Workshop Aid to assist in prosthetic and orthotic device fabrication. This position offers an opportunity to learn advanced fabrication techniques while supporting the workshop team in device manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- • Assist in fabrication of prosthetic and orthotic devices
- • Prepare materials and tools for device manufacturing
- • Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization
- • Support senior technicians in device assembly and finishing
- • Handle basic fabrication tasks under supervision
- • Assist in material inventory management
- • Learn and apply safety protocols in workshop
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Literate (ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions)
- ✓ Minimum 3 years of practical experience in prosthetic and orthotic workshop
- ✓ Physical fitness for manual workshop tasks
- ✓ Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- ✓ Age limit: 25-50 years
