In this remote night-shift role based out of Karachi, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, and public sector organizations. You will leverage your technical acumen to map complex business workflows to VIDIZMO's Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform—specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), computer vision, and secure data governance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Engagement & Architecture
- Act as the primary technical expert in discovery meetings to address functional, architectural, and security queries from prospects.
- Analyze customer pain points, particularly regarding data privacy, cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS), and compliance.
- Assist in drafting technical responses for RFPs, security questionnaires, and solution scoping documentation.
2. Product Demonstrations & Technical Pitches
- Conduct high-impact, live product demonstrations showcasing real-world use cases for our Digital Evidence Management Systems (DEMS) and enterprise video solutions.
- Engage in proactive outbound technical discovery (including cold calling) to schedule high-value demos.
- Create and maintain demo environments, scripts, and sales enablement collateral to train cross-functional business development teams.
3. AI Output Verification & Accountability (Core Competency)
- Utilize advanced AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate daily workflows, content generation, and technical documentation.
- Take absolute ownership of final deliverables: Review, critically evaluate, and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, compliance, logic, and alignment with business requirements before delivery.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role (SaaS or enterprise cloud environments preferred).
- AI & Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with LLMs, computer vision, audio processing, or enterprise video systems.
- Cloud & Security: Solid understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and data privacy frameworks. Knowledge of compliance standards like CJIS, FedRAMP, GDPR, or HIPAA is a major plus.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the night shift to align with North American business hours.
