About This Role
National Bank of Pakistan, the Nation's Bank, is seeking talented and experienced professionals for the position of Unit Head - Payments & Cash Management Operations. The selected candidate will report to Wing Head - Payments, Cash Management Operations and will be responsible for managing cash management operations, payment processing, and transaction banking services in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- • Prepare and maintain records of cash management salary mandates and bank account reconciliation
- • Prepare accurate MIS statements and evaluate monthly account statements
- • Ensure reconcilements, daily operations support, and customer inquiries management
- • Monitor and support customers with professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- • Assist customers regarding cash management services
- • Process and maintain records for all accounts as per TAT
- • Evaluate and monitor all balances of daily overdrafts
- • Address audit comments and implement measures to minimize recurrence
- • Lead and manage team effectively
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
- ✓ Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of banking and/or fintech experience
- ✓ At least 4 years in relevant role in Cash Management Operations, Transaction Banking, Employee Banking, Salary Processing, or Payments Solutions
- ✓ Good knowledge of payment products
- ✓ Proficiency in MS Office
