Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or membership of a recognized professional accounting body.
• At least twenty (20) years of post-qualification professional experience, including a minimum of three (03) years in senior management or C-Level positions.
• Strong leadership, organizational management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the power distribution sector, regulatory framework, and emerging industry challenges.
• Demonstrated capability in strategic leadership, corporate transformation, governance, change management, and organizational restructuring.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in complex and challenging environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility under the applicable Fit & Proper Criteria and relevant provisions of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023, SOEs (C-Level Appointments) Guidelines, 2024, and the Companies Act, 2017.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age limit is 62 years as of the closing date of applications.

Pay Package and Tenure:

• TESCO offers a competitive market-based remuneration package commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability. The appointment shall be on contract for an initial term of three (03) years, subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board of Directors.
