Deputy Manager (CPD)

About the Position

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan seeks a competent Deputy Manager for its Centralized Procurement Division (CPD). In this role, you will support procurement operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and PPRA regulations.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably BBA or an equivalent relevant qualification with at least 03 years of post-qualification experience in procurement or a related field.
• OR ACMA / ACCA with at least 01 to 02 years post qualification relevant experience.
• Degree from an HEC recognized university.
• A good working knowledge/experience of application software Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of PPRA Rules and E-PADS system.
• Preparation, Processing, and evaluation of tenders (including e-procurement).
• Vendor evaluation, monitoring, and performance management.
• Pre-qualification of vendors and maintenance of pre-qualified vendor databases.
• Development and management of framework agreements.
• Handling blacklisting / department cases in accordance with PPRA rules.
• Official correspondence with PPRA authorities.
• Support in procurement activities ensuring compliance with all regulations.
