Assistant Manager (CPD)

About the Position

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Centralized Procurement Division (CPD) in Karachi. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop procurement expertise while supporting the organization's supply chain operations.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 01 to 02 years procurement post qualification experience.
• Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• A good working knowledge/experience of application software Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of PPRA Rules and E-PADS system.
• Consolidation of Regional and Zonal budget proposals.
• Managing and supervising Regional and Zonal E-PADS processing.
• Processing of Purchase Orders (POs) within delegated financial authority limits.
• Handling centralized procurement and distribution of printing and stationery for Principal Office.
• Ensuring proper record keeping and documentation of procurement activities.
• Supporting vendor management and contract administration tasks.
