Sky47 is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator South to join our Commercial Sales team in Karachi. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our sales force and operational departments, ensuring that our regional sales activities move seamlessly from initial lead to final contract. You will be the primary engine behind our pipeline management, providing the administrative and operational backbone that allows our sales professionals to focus on growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain and meticulously track South regional sales pipeline activities across all conversion stages.
- Ensure timely updates of opportunities, forecasts, and customer engagements within internal systems.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports for management review.
Sales Coordination & Support
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and internal approval workflows for the sales team.
- Support the sales team in opportunity tracking, customer communication, and documentation management.
- Ensure the smooth movement of opportunities across commercial and operational workflows.
Customer & Internal Follow-Ups
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding meetings, proposals, technical discussions, and commercial feedback.
- Coordinate with Presales, Commercial, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely deliverables.
Documentation & Process Support
- Maintain meticulous records of proposals, NDAs, contracts, presentations, and customer documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and customer engagement materials.
- Support management in maintaining sales governance and process discipline.
Sales Operations Support
- Assist management in tracking KPIs, targets, and regional sales activities.
- Help organize customer visits, events, and executive meetings.
- Provide operational support to improve sales team productivity and responsiveness.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, business support, or customer coordination roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in ICT, Telecom, Cloud, Technology, or Enterprise sales environments is preferred.
