The Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department is officially inviting applications from qualified and high-caliber professionals to join the development project titled "Archives and Wildlife Resource Management System in Punjab." This initiative aims to modernize wildlife conservation through digital archiving and advanced resource management systems, ensuring the protection of Punjab’s natural heritage through data-driven strategies.

Project Overview

The "Archives and Wildlife Resource Management System" is a strategic development project focused on integrating technology with wildlife preservation. The goal is to create a robust digital infrastructure for monitoring biodiversity, managing wildlife records, and streamlining departmental operations. Positions are offered on a contract basis, aligned with the project’s duration, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to environmental sustainability and public sector innovation.

List of Positions & Qualifications

Communication Lead (PPS-09)

• Max Age: 45 Years
• Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years qualification) in Information Technology, Digital Media, Communication Studies, Mass Communication, Humanities, or a relevant field from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in communication, digital media, or related fields. Experience in conservation or environmental related topics and individuals with previous advertising agency experience will be preferred.

Video Editor (PPS-08)

• Max Age: 35 Years
• Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years qualification) in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Media Studies, or related field from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing, with preference for experience in wildlife-related media. Individuals with previous advertising agency experience will be preferred.

Content Creator / Script Writer (PPS-08)

• Max Age: 35 Years
• Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years qualification) in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, with experience in environmental or wildlife-focused content a plus. Individuals with previous advertising agency experience and animation skills will be preferred.

Graphic Designer / Animator (PPS-07)

• Max Age: 35 Years
• Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years qualification) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & TV, Computer Science, or related field from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with preference for those with experience in environmental or wildlife-related design. Individuals with previous advertising agency experience and animation skills will be preferred.

Instructions for Applicants

1. Submission Deadline: Applications must reach the office by 30-05-2026.
2. Application Method: Apply on Plain Paper with attested photocopies of academic records (degrees/certificates), experience certificates, computerized ID card, and two recent photographs.
3. Delivery: Applications must be sent via registered post or courier service. By hand applications will not be entertained.
4. Address: Project Director, Project Management Unit, Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department, Central Tower 03, 35-B, Hali Road, Gulberg 2, Lahore.
5. Separate Applications: Applicants applying for more than one position must submit a separate application for each post.
6. Contract Details: The positions are offered on a contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
7. Location: The positions are Lahore-based; however, they may involve travel to project sites.
8. Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government Departments should apply through the proper channel with a requisite N.O.C.
9. Selection: Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for a test/interview via letter, SMS, or call. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible.
10. Original Documents: All candidates must produce original National Identity Cards and educational/experience transcripts at the time of the interview.
11. Final Authority: The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not fill any vacancy without any reason.
