A public sector organization based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting applications for the following contract-based positions. Below are the specific requirements for each role:

Available Positions

Director Licensing (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 57 years
• Qualification: Medical/Dental graduate with a Master’s degree in Health Management/Public Health or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution/university.
• Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in management positions in public/private sectors with adequate knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to health care establishments, registration, and licensing.
• Note: Certification with a healthcare service accreditation/certification body is an added advantage.

Director Quality (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 57 years
• Qualification: Medical/Dental graduate with a Master’s degree in Health Management/Public Health or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution/university.
• Experience: At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in management positions in public/private sectors with adequate knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to health care establishments.
• Note: Certification in quality management of healthcare establishments is an added advantage.

Registration Officer (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 45 years
• Qualification: Medical/Dental graduate or Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience with a verifiable track record in public/private sectors.
• Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in registration and licensing of healthcare establishments.

IT Officer (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 45 years
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC recognized institution/university.
• Experience: At least 05 years of relevant professional experience in MIS/IT.

Procurement Officer (Material Management) (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 45 years
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or other related discipline from an HEC recognized institution/university.
• Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience with a verifiable track record in development/public/private sector.
• Note: Certification in procurement will be an added advantage.

Terms and Conditions

• Employment Type: Positions are filled on a contract basis with an attractive market-based salary commensurate with education and experience.
• Quotas: Female and Minority quotas shall be observed as per regulations.
• Application Labeling: The envelope should be clearly marked on the top right-hand corner with the title of the position.
• Travel: TA/DA is not admissible for test/interview.
• Incomplete Applications: Unmarked envelopes, incomplete applications, and applications received late shall not be entertained.
• Foreign Degrees: In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.
• Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
• Current Employees: Candidates working in Government or semi-government organizations shall apply through the proper channel.
• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview.
• Rights of Organization: The appointing organization reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment at any stage.
