Experience Required

Varies by position: 6 years (Manager PMU), 0-3 years (Officer PMU, Field Officers PMU), 5 years (Census Data Manager, Divisional Census Manager), 2 years (Census Data Cleaning and QA Officers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manager PMU: Oversee Project Management Unit operations and coordinate healthcare quality initiatives
  • Officer PMU: Support PMU activities, manage documentation, and coordinate project implementation
  • Field Officers: Manage field-level operations and implementations across divisional headquarters
  • Census Data Manager: Lead data cleaning and quality assurance processes for healthcare census
  • Divisional Census Manager: Manage census operations and data quality at divisional level
  • QA Officers: Conduct comprehensive data quality checks, validation, and cleaning operations

Requirements

  • Fixed-term contract basis (no permanent position claimed)
  • Strict compliance with prescribed qualifications and relevant experience
  • HEC recognized degree or equivalent qualification
  • Government/autonomous body employees must provide fresh NOC from concerned department
  • Candidates may be required to appear for aptitude/computer assessments

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) is striving for Quality Healthcare in Punjab by continually raising standards of Healthcare Service delivery throughout Punjab. To achieve this, applications are required for the following positions at the Head office and Regional offices of the PHC purely on Fixed-term basis:
Sr. Position(s) Location Qualification Experience
1. Manager (PMU) Head Office, Lahore MBBS/BDS or Masters in Public Health/Health Administration/ Business Administration/Public Administration or equivalent from HEC recognized institutes 6 years of relevant professional experience
2. Officer (PMU) Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration / Public Administration/Public health/Pharm-D/Statistics/Tibb/ Homeopathic/ Social Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized institutes 0-3 years of experience in the relevant field
3. Field Officers (PMU) All divisional headquarters of the Punjab Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration / Public Administration/Public health/Pharm-D/Statistics/Tibb/ Homeopathic/ Social Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized institutes 0-3 years of experience in the relevant field
4. Census Data Manager (Data Cleaning & QA) Lahore 16 years' education in Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, duly recognized by HEC or from a relevant authority Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience
5. Divisional Census Manager Head Office- Lahore, Regional Offices Master's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Health Informatics, GIS, Data Science, or 16 years' education in related field, duly recognized by HEC or from a relevant authority Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience
6. Census Data Cleaning and QA Officers Head Office- Lahore, Regional Offices 16 Years education in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field, duly recognized by HEC or from a relevant authority Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience
