PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Territory Sales Officer to take the helm of our distributor organization and sales operations in Thatta. In this high-impact role, you will act as the strategic bridge between corporate vision and local market execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue: Deliver volume and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Team Leadership: Screen, hire, and manage Order Bookers and Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs).
  • Execution: Develop and implement Permanent Journey Plans and ensure strict adherence to the Annual Operating Plan KPIs.
  • Distributor Management: Drive capability development across the distributor workforce and ensure the rollout of Sales OOR modules.
  • Asset & Budget Control: Optimize promotional budgets and subsidies (stale allowances, DSR salaries, van rentals) while managing PepsiCo assets like racks and sales software.
  • Coaching: Conduct regular in-market training, coaching, and field work-withs.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education: University Graduate (BA/BSc/BBA).
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in a similar FMCG capacity, though fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically complex Excel and PowerPoint applications).
  • Core Attributes: Problem-solver, strong team player, multi-tasker, analytical mindset, and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.
