Minimum Required Qualifications & Experience

- Required Qualification: The applicant must fulfill at least one of the following educational paths:
- Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; OR
- Be a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; OR
- Hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Law from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
- Professional Experience: * A minimum of 10 years of overall relevant post-qualification experience.
- Within the total timeline, at least 5 years of specific experience must be as a Company Secretary, focusing heavily on Corporate Governance, SOE Governance framework, regulatory compliance, and Company Secretarial practices.

- Statutory Compliance: The candidate must fully meet the strict "fit and proper" criteria outlined in Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Act, 2023.
