- Salary Range: $200.00 – $300.00 / month
- Experience Level: 6 Months to 2 Years
Position Overview
The company is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Support professional to manage day-to-day technical operations and ensure a seamless end-user experience across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining system efficiency, resolving technical issues, supporting onboarding, and ensuring reliable network and device performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive, and capable of working across both on-site and remote environments while maintaining strong documentation and vendor coordination practices.
Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Deliver day-to-day IT support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops) and peripherals including printers and scanners.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues (performance, login, connectivity, printing) with minimal downtime.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain essential software, user accounts, and email systems (Outlook/webmail access, permissions, signatures).
- Maintenance & Security: Perform routine system maintenance including OS updates, antivirus management, and preventive health checks.
- Onboarding Execution: Support employee onboarding by ensuring system readiness, access provisioning, and required tool setup.
- Network Infrastructure Support: Provide remote support to off-site users and troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS) including basic router, switch, and mesh network support.
- Inventory & Coordination: Manage IT inventory, document technical issues/resolutions, and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, procurement, and repairs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Hardware & Software Skills: Basic understanding of hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting alongside familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office suite, and common business applications.
- Email & Accounts: Exposure to email configuration (Outlook/webmail) and user account setup.
- Networking Foundations: Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS).
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
