About This Role

Zones seeks a New Hire CSP Trainer for the Pakistan Sales Enablement team. As a global IT solution provider operating in 120+ countries, Zones is at the forefront of digital transformation. In this role, you'll equip Sales Leaders with skills, tools, and insights needed to effectively lead Account Executives toward Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) success. You'll develop comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals and CSP-related objectives, accelerating CSP ramp-up and ensuring sales leaders are empowered to coach their teams to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, high-impact enablement sessions for Sales Leadership focused on CSP fundamentals, transitions, positioning, and closing strategies
  • Customize training content for both new and tenured Account Executives addressing different stages of CSP lifecycle
  • Measure and optimize training impact using performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and pipeline progress
  • Evangelize successes through recognition, competitions, and success stories to foster learning culture
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure training initiatives align with sales objectives
  • Maintain consistent messaging across teams
  • Create and deliver engaging content across multiple learning formats (virtual workshops, 1:1 sessions, team enablement)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Education or Training & Development (combined with relevant sales/tech experience)
  • Proven experience in delivering effective sales enablement and product training in B2B technology or cloud environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft CSP models including Legacy, NCE, and transitioning approaches
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate pipeline performance and training outcomes
  • Ability to create engaging content and deliver across multiple learning formats
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with ability to work independently
