Job Description & Core Responsibilities

The selected Information and Communications Technology Officer (ICTO) will directly maintain, monitor, and secure enterprise data center assets:

• Data Center Deployment: Executing the physical installing and commissioning of enterprise servers and hardware storage systems within the Data Centers.
• Hypervisor & HCI Management: Installing, configuring, securing, managing, and monitoring leading industry hypervisors (including VMware vSphere, Nexavm, and Sangfor), Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) structures, and production virtual machines.
• Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving core technical issues related to the hypervisor vSphere environment, covering dedicated virtual networking, storage fabrics, and individual virtual machine performance tuning.
• Endpoint & Threat Security: Actively managing centralized antivirus installations, endpoint protection platforms, and system-level security policies across the network layout.
• Cybersecurity Compliance: Safeguarding system nodes to ensure absolute compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies and rigid IT audit requirements.
• Storage Operations Support: Fulfilling foundational technical support operations for critical bare-metal servers alongside SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) arrays.
• Server Maintenance & Patching: Configuring Windows and Linux Server operating systems, including the systemic deployment of mandatory security updates, operational updates, and software patches.
• Active Directory & Infrastructure Services: Configuring corporate Proxy Servers, Antivirus Servers, Active Directory / DNS structures, Print Servers, and Email Servers, while managing user accounts and keeping clean, comprehensive administrative records of all active users.
• Data Protection & Recovery: Maintaining regular, scheduled backups of all primary and secondary servers, while systematically testing and verifying the validity of backups and data recovery routines.
