Job Description & Core Responsibilities

The selected professional will be responsible for managing high-availability system infrastructures across multiple infrastructure hubs:

• Server Administration: Complete enterprise administration of Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Proxy Server, Antivirus Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, Print Server, and Email Server architectures.
• Virtualization & HCI Management: Installing, configuring, securing, managing, and monitoring hypervisors (including VMware, Nexavm, and Sangfor), Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) clusters across multiple Data Centers, and managing production Virtual Machines.
• Storage Arrays Operations: Practical technical support and operational management of critical enterprise servers and advanced storage topologies (DAS, SAN, and NAS technologies) utilizing HP, IBM, Dell, and NetApp storage systems.
• High-Availability Maintenance: Implementation and administrative optimization of High Availability (HA) frameworks, Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and operational vMotion routing protocols.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Maintaining strict, regular backups of all server nodes, while systematically verifying backup validity and execution recovery flows using advanced Backup and Replication solutions.
• SAN Fabric Engineering: Executing LUN provisioning, fiber channel switch Zoning, and multi-pathing network configurations to ensure flawless high availability, data redundancy, and zero-downtime failover tracks.
• Client System Control: Managing complex Group Policy Objects (GPOs), corporate compliance policies, and executing automated remote software installation and security patches/updates to all client network PCs via Active Directory.
• Technical Documentation: Regularly reviewing, auditing, and updating structural systems documentation, network layouts, and architecture configuration sheets with every system-wide upgrade.
