The National College of Arts (NCA), a Federal Chartered Institute under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, has announced employment opportunities. Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals for various Academic and Non-Academic positions across multiple campuses, including NCA Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Gilgit Baltistan. Depending on the specific role, positions are offered on either a Permanent or a Contractual (renewable) basis.

• Assistant Professor (BPS-19): There are 23 positions available. Faculty appointments will be made in the disciplines of Architecture, Fine Arts, VCD, Cultural Studies, Film & Television, Music, Product Design, Textile Design / Fashion Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, and Interior Design. The required age limit is 30 to 40 years.

NCA Rawalpindi (Permanent Positions)

Terms and Conditions

1. For Application Form, Eligibility Criteria and Payment of Challan please visit NCA website www.nca.edu.pk.
2. The applications in hard form duly supported by attested photocopies of educational documents, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates and 2-recent attested passport size photographs must reach the undersigned on / before (Monday) 1st June, 2026 on the given address.
3. The applications, which are not anyway in line with the advertised criteria or incomplete, shall not be considered in any case.
4. The applicants working in the public sector organization must apply through proper channel and submit NOC. No advance copies shall be accepted.
5. The applicants may be called for a written test (for lecturer & non-academic positions) but only short-listed candidates may be called for an interview.
6. A non-refundable application processing Fee Challan (available on NCA website) of Rs.2,000/- for Treasurer & (BPS-16 to BPS-19) posts and Rs.1,000/- for (BPS-1 to BPS-15) posts each payable at any HBL branch in Pakistan / abroad for all positions must be attached with the applications.
7. The College reserves all rights to add / decrease / fill / postpone / cancel / transfer all or any of the advertised positions before or after making appointment(s) if so required and deemed fit by the Competent Authority.
8. Relaxation(s) (if any), except education / qualification, only for the deserving cases may be granted as deemed fit by the BOG-NCA (for faculty only) and for non-teaching as per Govt. policy.
9. No TA / DA shall be admissible for the test / interview.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A 2% Disable Quota shall be observed. Applicants applying against the disable quota must submit a valid disability certificate as per Government rules.

How to Apply

• Step 1: Visit the official website at www.nca.edu.pk to download the standard Application Form and the processing Fee Challan.
• Step 2: Pay the non-refundable application processing fee at any Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branch in Pakistan or abroad. The fee is Rs. 2,000 for the Treasurer post and all positions from BPS-16 to BPS-19, and Rs. 1,000 for all positions within BPS-1 to BPS-15. Ensure you attach this paid bank challan to your application.
• Step 3: Compile a complete physical application packet including the filled-out form, along with attested photocopies of your educational degrees/documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, relevant experience letters, and 2 recent attested passport-sized photographs.
• Step 4: Send the physical packet via standard post or courier to the administrative office address before the closing deadline of Monday, June 1, 2026.
