Educational Background

• Degree Requirements: Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecom Engineering / Software Engineering or equivalent in a related field.
• Attestation Mandatory: All degrees must be formally attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Job Requirements

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations.

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:

• Technical expertise in Layer 2/3 switches, Core Firewalls, WAF, switches, and IDS/IPS.
• Manage routine operations and troubleshooting for Core network elements.
• Experience in network optimization, including bandwidth monitoring, QoS, health checks, SLA monitoring, preventive maintenance, and incident management.
• Oversee implementation, commissioning, and RMA processes for network hardware.
• Ensure physical infrastructure standards, including cabling and equipment mounting.
• Conduct redundancy testing, backups, and restoration verification.
• Implement information security tasks, including encryption, firewalling for assigned network elements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs, IP schemes, engineering drawings, and manuals).
• Manage inventory, vendor SLAs, and coordination with audit, HQ, and other teams.
• Monitor performance and provide 24/7 support, including shift work and weekend availability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
