- Qualification Criteria:
- a. MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized and registered by the PM&DC.
- b. PM&DC recognized medical qualification in the respective specialty OR other equivalent qualification in the respective/relevant specialty approved by the Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
- c. The candidate must meet the PM&DC & MTI Criteria for faculty selection.
- Placement Note: Upon selection, the candidate will receive a faculty position at the appropriate level (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor).
2. Demonstrator Basic Sciences
- Relevant Specialties: Anatomy, Pathology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Medical Education.
- Nature of Post: Contractual, Non-Extendable for three (03) years.
- Qualification Criteria:
- a. MBBS or Equivalent Medical Qualification fully recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
- b. Preference will be given to candidates having higher qualifications in Basic Sciences or in the process of attaining one.
- c. Experience as a demonstrator in a medical college / university will be preferred.
3. Research Officer
- Nature of Post: Contractual, Extendable for three (03) years.
- Qualification Criteria:
- a. MBBS/BDS or equivalent.
- b. MSc Epidemiology / MPH (Two years) / MHR, Registered with PM&DC.
- c. At least two (02) years of experience as an Epidemiologist / Research Officer in any reputable public/private registered institution/hospital.
4. Procurement / Purchase Officer (Supply Chain)
- Qualification Criteria: Master's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management (16 years of education) or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university / institution with firsthand knowledge and understanding of KPPRA Act / Rules and other relevant government policies.
- Required Experience: At least three (03) years of experience in the relevant field in a public / semi-autonomous / autonomous or private sector organization / health care institution or Teaching hospital.
5. Computer Operator
- Qualification Criteria: * MCS / BCS Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university / institution.
- OR
- a. Master's / Bachelor's Degree in any other discipline with a one-year Diploma (DIT) in Computer from a Board of Technical Education or its equivalent.
- b. A Computer Typing speed above 50 words per minute is essential.
- c. Experience in a Public / Semi-autonomous / Autonomous or private sector organization will be an advantage.
- d. BS in English will be preferred.
6. Sub-Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification Criteria: * DAE from a Technical Board.
- BS or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university / institute registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will be preferred. Or a Bachelor degree with an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board.
- Required Experience:
- a. At least two (02) years of experience as a Sub-Engineer in a public / semi-autonomous / autonomous or private sector organization / hospitals.
- b. No experience is required for a candidate having a BS degree in the relevant subject.
7. Junior Clerk
- Qualification Criteria: * Bachelor Degree / B.Com / BBA or equivalent degree from an HEC Recognized University / Institution.
- a. DIT from a Board of Technical Education or its equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates having a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant subjects.
- b. A Computer Typing speed above 40 words per minute is essential.
- c. At least two (02) years of experience in a public / semi-autonomous / autonomous or private sector organizations.
8. Mason
- Qualification Criteria: Matriculate from any recognized Board or Middle School education.
- Required Experience: At least two (02) years of experience as a mason in a public / semi-autonomous / autonomous or private sector organization.
General Terms & Conditions
- Submission Instructions: Applications on the prescribed form duly filled in all respects along with bio-data and attested Academic/Experience record must reach the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar within two (02) weeks of the latest publication of this advertisement in the newspaper.
- Placement Framework: The employees will be allocated/placed at the appropriate level as per the institutional pay scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC & Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, HMC, IKD, PICO and B&PSC).

- Application Processing Fee (Non-Refundable):
- Rs. 3,000/- for serial number 1.
- Rs. 2,000/- for serial numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
- Rs. 1,000/- for serial number 8.
- Fees should be deposited with the cashier (Account Section) in KGMC, Peshawar, or can be submitted online into the Bank of Khyber (BOK) account titled "Salary Account of KGMC Employees" Account No. 3005642387, Bank of Khyber (BOK) through a deposit slip. The original slip must be attached to the application form.
- Legislative Control: The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015.
- Incomplete Submissions: Applications having incomplete documents will not be entertained.
- Probationary Period: Selected candidates will serve KGMC, Peshawar under a probation period specified.
- Interview Policy: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
- Shortlisting Criteria: Candidates may be shortlisted either on the basis of their pre-interview marks or based on an Entry Test if the number of candidates are very high.
- Test Weightage: In case of an Entry Test taken for shortlisting the candidates, its marks will have no weightage in the total aggregate marks.
- Closing Logistics: Applications must reach this office on or before the last date during office hours as outlined in Para-1. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application forms falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date. An application after the closing time and date shall stand rejected.
- Scrutiny Committee & Appeals: The Scrutiny Committee of KGMC shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the Competent Authority (Dean MTI HMC and affiliate institute) of KGMC for review. The decision of the Competent Authority thereof shall be final.
- Disqualification Clauses: Any candidate may be disqualified and/or excluded from interview if he/she:
- (a) Convicted by the court of law.
- (b) Had previous history of dismissal from public service.
- (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information.
- (d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification.
- (e) Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means.
- (f) Submits forged certificates.
- (g) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates.
- (h) Misbehaves during the interview.
- Canvassing Restrictions: Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant; the decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
- Process Finality: After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
- NOC Requirements: Applicants working in the Private Institution should get prior approval/NOC from the HR Department of their respective institution. Govt servants should apply through proper channel and should obtain NOC from their respective Departments/Institutions.
- Civil Servants Policy: In case of selection, the civil servant will have to resign from civil service.
