About the Role

Motive is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our AI-driven fleet management solutions. You will work at the intersection of business and engineering, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive features that solve real-world problems for the physical economy. This is a high-impact role where you will define the roadmap for products that improve the safety and efficiency of millions of drivers and fleet operators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Define the vision, roadmap, and requirements for technical product modules across fleet management and AI platforms.
Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to navigate technical trade-offs and architectural decisions.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics, metrics, and user research to prioritize the product backlog and validate hypotheses.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, IoT, and logistics to maintain Motive's competitive edge.
Execution: Manage the full product development lifecycle (PDLC) from discovery through post-launch optimization and iteration.
Stakeholder Communication: Articulate product vision and progress to internal teams and external partners across multiple time zones.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with proven success in a technical or SaaS-focused environment.
Technical Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
Analytical Skills: Deep experience in using data and metrics to drive product insights and measurable business value.
Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving: A track record of solving ambiguous problems with scalable and user-centric solutions.
Remote Collaboration: Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Domain Knowledge: Experience with IoT, AI/ML, SaaS platforms, or fleet management is a plus.
