Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria (Sector Specialists)
1. Procurement Specialist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification / Education: Candidates must possess a 16 Years Master's degree (or higher) in Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Applicants are required to have at least 10 Years' Experience in the respective field.
- Remuneration: PPS-10.
2. Legal Specialist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification / Education: Applicants must hold a 16 Years Master's or Equivalent Degree or higher qualification in Law, i.e., LLB / LLM or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 10 Years' Experience in the respective field.
- Remuneration: PPS-10.
3. Population Specialist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification / Education: Candidates are required to hold a 16 Years Master's or Equivalent Degree or higher qualification in Demography, Population Studies, Public Health, Health Policy Development Economics, Social Policy, or a closely related field from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Applicants must have at least 10 Years' Experience in the respective field.
- Remuneration: PPS-10.
4. Health Specialist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification / Education: This role requires a 16 Years Master's or Equivalent Degree or higher qualification in Public Health, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Health Management, or a closely related field from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Candidates must possess at least 10 Years' Experience in the respective field.
- Remuneration: PPS-10.
5. Multi-Sectoral Results Tracking Specialist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification / Education: Applicants must hold a 16 Years Master's or Equivalent Degree or higher qualification in Economics, Public Health, or any STEM field.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 10 Years' Experience in the respective field.
- Remuneration: PPS-10.
6. Data & Monitoring Systems Specialist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification / Education: This position requires a 16 Years Master's or Equivalent Degree or higher qualification in Public Health, Demography, International Development, Education, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Applicants are required to have at least 10 Years' Experience in the respective field.
- Remuneration: PPS-10.
Terms and Conditions
- Contractual Engagement: All appointments are made strictly on a contract and merit basis under the specified capacity-building project.
