Requisite Qualification and Experience

01. Hospital Director

• Qualification & Experience:
• Recognized Master's Degree in Hospital Management OR Health Services Management OR Business Management OR Public Health OR Public Administration OR any other relevant management qualification and experience.
• Seven (07) years of experience, working on a senior management position in a major teaching hospital or in organization or in institution.
• Provided that a person, who possess a recognized medical degree may also apply with the condition that he shall have an additional management degree and experience as prescribed above. He shall have no right to do private practice.
• Tenure: The Hospital Director shall be appointed for a period of five (05) years, as prescribed under the MTI Act 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.

02. Finance Director

• Qualification & Experience:
• Chartered Accountant with Five (05) years post qualification experience in FINANCE and/or ACCOUNTS in a major private or public company/institution. OR
• ICMAP certification or a master's degree in Finance or Accounts, with Eight (08) years post qualification experience in FINANCE and/or ACCOUNTS in a major private or public company/institution.
• Tenure: The Finance Director shall be appointed for a period of three (03) years and shall serve the Medical Teaching Institution KICH & Children Hospital Peshawar under the MTI Act 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.

03. Deputy Director (Admin & Monitoring)- KICH

• Qualification & Experience:
• MBBS or Master's Degree (Sixteen years Education) in Hospital Management or Health Services Management or Business Management or other relevant Management qualification and having at least five years' relevant experience in reputed healthcare Institutes.

Terms & Conditions:

• The service of the incumbent shall be governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations made thereunder.
• In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and will have to submit an accepted resignation from his/her current employer, local or foreign, including civil service of any Government.
• The candidate will be disqualified/terminated if found committing perjury in his/her documentation/credentials at any stage, even during his/her employment.
• The competent authority has the right to cancel any or all of the positions advertised.
• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the interview.
• Any candidate may be disqualified and /or excluded from the interview if he/she: (a) is convicted by a court of law, (b) has a previous history of dismissal from any service, (c) knowingly furnishes false information or suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification, (d) attempts of obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means, (e) submits forged certificates/tampers with the entries in his/her documents, (f) misbehaves during the interview.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for the interview.
• Services of ETEA-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can be hired if deemed necessary, where number of applicants are high and a screening test becomes essential.
• The appointments shall be made under the MTI Grading structure instead of basic pay scales.
