Role Overview

Position: Product Manager, Cash & Payments – Global Transaction Banking

Location: Pakistan (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly strategic and driven Product Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking division. The primary objective of this role is to deliver and commercialize a competitive offering for collection products in the market. You will drive programs to capture high-quality liabilities and transaction flows, generating strong revenue growth and attractive returns for the Bank through advanced collections solutions.

This role focuses heavily on commercializing the Mindgate collections platform and developing sophisticated solutions for major clients with complex collections and reconciliation needs, utilizing digital workflows and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by launching products and initiatives to grow volumes and liabilities
• Establish strategic fee pricing and partner with Technology and Operations teams
• Scan market landscape for regulatory developments, fintech trends, and competitor offerings
• Develop comprehensive product roadmap defining core propositions and commercialization strategies
• Work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with technical teams on product development
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and participate in test case creation
• Execute comprehensive go-to-market launch plans and revenue targets
• Identify and evaluate third-party service providers and fintech partnerships
• Ensure strict alignment with legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, and credit risk frameworks

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

• Minimum 10+ years in product management specifically in payments and collections
• Deep understanding of Pakistani banking and financial landscape
• Proven success developing, launching, and commercializing financial products
• Strong experience with agile product and technology development approaches
• Exceptional people management and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal influencing and communication abilities
• Familiarity with API and digital workflow integrations
