About This Role
Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation seeks a Manager / Director Organizational Development under the Human Resource Division. This position leads the Organizational Development strategy across the organization by designing and implementing frameworks for OD related programs. The role ensures alignment of HR initiatives with the organization's long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ MBA or BBA (4-years program) preferably in HR or an equivalent degree
- ✓ Certification in HR such as SHRM or other OD related certifications (preferred)
- ✓ At least 8 years of overall HR experience including 2 years in a senior OD role
- ✓ Hands-on experience of designing and implementing OD initiatives
- ✓ Experience in Performance Management Systems, Succession Planning, Talent Development, HR Policies & Procedures, Job Evaluation
- ✓ Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors environment (preferred)
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
