About This Role

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Customer Relations position under the Corporate Communications Division. This role is responsible for maintaining liaison with KW&SC consumers and addressing grievance and complaints redressal through continuous customer engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Communication, Public Relations, or any other related field
  • Certifications/specialized trainings in a relevant field such as CRM (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer relations, sales or marketing
  • At least 2 years in a senior role
  • Supervisory experience at complaint management centers (preferred)
  • Age limit: Maximum 45 years
