About This Role
Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Commercial Reforms position under the Commercial Division. This role leads the Corporation's commercial transformation agenda, including tariff reforms, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) diagnostics, revenue enhancement and commercial digitization initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Master's degree from HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or related discipline
- ✓ Professional qualification from a recognized relevant professional body (preferred)
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience
- ✓ At least 5 years in a senior management role in commercial transformation, strategy or utility reform
- ✓ Experience in utilities, infrastructure, energy, telecom, public-sector institutions (preferred)
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
