About This Role
103 Ordnance Unit Quetta Cantt is seeking applications for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) at BPS-11. This is a regional quota position based in Quetta Cantt. The selected candidate will be required to pass a 3-week basic IT training course including MS Office from ITB upon selection. Key Responsibilities
- • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- • Maintain official records and documentation
- • Type correspondence and official documents at 30 WPM
- • Assist in office administration and coordination
- • Handle filing and record-keeping tasks
- • Support senior staff with administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Matric qualification from a recognized institution
- ✓ Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- ✓ Must pass 3-week basic IT training including MS Office from ITB upon selection
- ✓ Age limit: 33 years for Balochistan/Sindh (Rural), 30 years for other provinces, 45 years for retired military
- ✓ Regional quota candidate
- ✓ Must pass departmental examination
