About the Job

ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – CRM & Workflow Management to lead enterprise-wide CRM initiatives integrated with Quote-to-Cash and order fulfillment processes. This is a part-time consultant role based in Karachi with a hybrid/remote work arrangement.

CRM & Business Process Analysis

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide CRM solutions integrated with Quote-to-Cash and order fulfillment workflows.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using Agile or Business Process Analysis methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive test cases across multiple applications ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Document assumptions and assess the impact of system changes, risks, and alternate design options.

Marketing & Event Strategy

• Support marketing initiatives through program shaping and narrative development.
• Align event strategies with marketing funnels and customer journeys to drive demand generation.
• Execute campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and nurture streams using CRM tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal and external teams across Marketing, Sales, Order Management, and Fulfillment to implement business requirements.
• Provide software testing, debugging, and quality assurance support.
• Deliver regular status reports on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
