About This Role
AIO App Inc is seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM platform in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role focuses on daily platform management, data quality maintenance, workflow automation, and providing exceptional support to our teams. The ideal candidate will have strong HubSpot expertise and the ability to handle multiple stakeholder requests while ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- • Operate HubSpot's Sales and Service Hubs while maintaining pipelines and stages
- • Ensure data quality through regular audits and duplicate removal
- • Construct and troubleshoot workflows for lead routing and ticket management
- • Generate dashboards and reports for multiple departments
- • Manage integrations and serve as primary user support contact
- • Train team members on platform usage and best practices
- • Monitor system health and performance metrics
- • Implement process improvements and optimization strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ 2-4 years of experience as a HubSpot or CRM Administrator
- ✓ Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- ✓ Experience building and managing workflows and pipelines
- ✓ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy focus
- ✓ Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- ✓ Capability to manage multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously
- ✓ Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
