Product Manager

Role Purpose

As a Product Manager at HR Pod, you will be at the forefront of the HR tech revolution. You will take ownership of specific product modules, defining the vision and roadmap to help companies worldwide hire and manage talent more effectively. This is a highly collaborative role working with a distributed team of engineers, designers, and market specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for HR Pod's talent management solutions.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment to maximize value delivery.
• Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and high-converting user experiences.
• Analyze product metrics and KPIs to iterate on features and improve retention.
• Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven success in a Product Management role, ideally within B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
• Mindset: Strong analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing technical constraints and trade-offs with engineers.
• Remote Skills: Self-disciplined and capable of thriving in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
• Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, or similar product management stacks.
