Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan is seeking 13 specialized professionals to fulfill contract-based vacancies within the Educational Testing Council (ETC). Vacant Positions & Requirements

1. Manager (Test Operation) — PPS-09

• Posts: 1 | Age: Max 50 Years
• Qualification: Master/Bachelor (16 yrs education), 2nd Division minimum from HEC-recognized university
• Experience: 7 years post-qualification (5+ at managerial level) in test administration, coordination, staff training
• Advantageous: Test center mapping, invigilation recruitment, exam logistics, mass-scale CBT operations (10,000+ candidates)

2. Deputy Manager (Business Development) — PPS-08

• Posts: 1 | Age: Max 45 Years
• Qualification: Master/Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing), 2nd Division from HEC-recognized university
• Experience: 5 years post-qualification (3+ at managerial level)

3. Assistant Manager (Test Development/Quality Assurance) — PPS-07

• Posts: 2 | Age: Max 40 Years
• Qualification: Master/Bachelor (any discipline), 2nd Division. MS Office proficiency mandatory.
• Experience: 5 years in education sector (public/private)
• Preference: Postgraduate in Education, Testing & Measurement, Psychometrics, Assessment, Educational Planning

4. Assistant Manager (Finance) — PPS-07

• Posts: 1 | Age: Max 40 Years
• Qualification: Master/Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance) or Commerce, 2nd Division
• Experience: 5 years in financial, accounting, or auditing in reputable sector

5. Assistant Manager (Administration & Security) — PPS-07

• Posts: 1 | Age: Max 40 Years
• Qualification: Master/Bachelor (any discipline), 2nd Division. MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience: 5 years in administrative and security in education sector

6. Office Secretary — PPS-06

• Posts: 1 | Age: Max 35 Years
• Option A: Master/Bachelor (16 yrs) + 1 year experience OR
• Option B: Bachelor/Associate (14 yrs) + 3 years corporate/public administration
• Core Skills: Exceptional English communication, advanced computer applications, schedule management

7. Office Assistant — PPS-05

• Qualification: Bachelor/Associate (14 yrs education), 2nd Division

8. Machine Operator — PPS-04

• Posts: 1 | Age: Max 30 Years
• Option A: 3-year Diploma in Printing Graphics + 5 years independent Heidelberg machine operation
• Option B: Matriculation + 8 years Heidelberg/offset printing experience
• Option C: Middle Pass + 10 years offset printing press experience

9. Record Keeper/Record Sorter — PPS-04

• Posts: 2 | Age: Max 30 Years
• Qualification: Matriculation from recognized school
• Experience: 2 years in archive management, document indexation, or record filing systems

10. Driver — PPS-03

• Posts: 2 | Age: Max 30 Years
• Qualification: Minimum Middle Pass
• Mandatory: Valid HTV License + 5 years professional driving experience + Regional route knowledge
