Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across different US time zones.
• Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including email and phone.
• Healthcare Admin: Assist with patient documentation, insurance coordination, and specialized healthcare workflows.
• Travel & Logistics: Organize comprehensive travel itineraries and manage expense reporting.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
• Special Projects: Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations for executive review.

Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (near-native proficiency).
• Work Hours: Flexibility to work in US Eastern Standard Time (EST) shifts.
• Tools: High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software, including healthcare-specific platforms.
