Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably B.Sc. Mechanical) registered with PEC

Experience Required

Minimum 25 years in cement industry with 3-5 years senior leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

• • Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, preventive and predictive maintenance, product quality, mining operations, workplace safety, and dispatch
• • Manage annual budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources across all departments
• • Provide strong leadership and effectively manage cross-functional teams including Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Dispatch, Mining, and Quality Control
• • Drive operational excellence by ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, product quality, and profitability while aligning with company objectives
• • Ensure continuous improvement in operational processes and efficient functioning of plant machinery and equipment
• • Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
• • Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across all operational metrics

Requirements

• ✓ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably B.Sc. Mechanical) from recognized university, registered with PEC
• ✓ Minimum 25 years of professional experience in cement industry
• ✓ At least 3-5 years in senior leadership/management role
• ✓ Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• ✓ Excellent organizational and team management skills
• ✓ Proficiency in plant operations management and machinery
• ✓ Knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards
