Job Overview

Game District is seeking a talented and driven Game Producer to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of its mobile titles. Based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, this full-time role is designed for a project management professional who understands the full mobile game lifecycle—from concept to live operations—and can seamlessly balance creativity, timelines, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Timeline Management: Owns the end-to-end production roadmap, milestones, and delivery timelines for mobile games.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinates seamlessly between game design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams.
• Agile Project Management: Translates product vision into actionable plans, sprints, and backlogs while driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Risk Mitigation: Tracks project progress, manages development risks, and proactively removes blockers for the team.
• Live Ops & Release Management: Ensures timely game releases and oversees smooth live operations.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and supports data-driven decisions for future updates and features.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintains clear documentation and comprehensive reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in game production or project management specifically within mobile games.
• Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Tools: High proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle, F2P (Free-to-Play) business models, monetization strategies, and live ops.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
