Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Ethics to intermediate college students, fostering critical thinking and moral reasoning.

Required Qualifications & Criteria

To be considered for this faculty position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: Minimum BS (Hons) / Master’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Christian Studies, Christian Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Education from an HEC-recognized university.
• Academic Record: Excellent academic history with no 3rd Division in the entire academic career. All degrees must be verified/verifiable by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Language Proficiency: Advanced spoken and written command over the English language is a prerequisite.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in essential computer applications, educational software, and digital learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience: Prior teaching experience at the intermediate or college level is highly preferred. Candidates demonstrating a history of producing exceptional BISE (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education) results will be given strict priority.
