The Finance Division, Government of Pakistan, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to join the Tax Policy Office in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior officials, managing complex calendars and prioritizing sensitive requests.
- Communication Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and professional representation of the Tax Policy Office.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize executive meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and record official minutes to ensure follow-up on critical action items.
- Document Control: Manage sensitive fiscal and administrative records, maintaining strict confidentiality and an organized digital/physical filing system.
- Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth inter-departmental coordination.

Job Details
This position is designated as Executive Secretary, operating under the MP-III (Management Position) Scale. The role is based at the Tax Policy Office within the Finance Division located in Islamabad. There is currently 01 (one) post available for this track.
