The Finance Division, Government of Pakistan, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Manager (Supports) to join the Tax Policy Office in Islamabad. You will be responsible for providing critical operational and administrative assistance to the Manager (Supports), ensuring that the Tax Policy Office’s daily functions—ranging from logistics to resource coordination—run seamlessly.
By maintaining an efficient support environment, you will play a key part in enabling the division’s technical experts to focus on evidence-based fiscal reforms that shape the national economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Assistance: Support the Manager (Supports) in executing day-to-day administrative tasks and maintaining departmental workflows.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in the management of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility arrangements to ensure an optimal working environment.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate administrative and logistical records, ensuring transparency and ease of access for departmental audits and reporting.
- Internal Liaison: Coordinate with various technical units within the Tax Policy Office to address their operational requirements and support needs.
- Event & Meeting Support: Assist in the logistical planning and execution of departmental meetings, workshops, and official events.

Job Details
