Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN), hardware, and software systems within the office.
- Technical Support: Provide timely technical assistance to analysts and staff, ensuring minimal downtime for critical tax policy simulation tools.
- System Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive fiscal data and maintain departmental integrity.
- Database Assistance: Support the SQL/Oracle DBAs in managing data flows and ensuring the availability of datasets for policy research.
- IT Procurement: Assist in identifying technical requirements for new hardware or software and coordinate with the Manager (Supports) for acquisition and setup.
