You'll analyze project specifications, calculate material requirements, and generate accurate cost estimates for flooring projects. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone with attention to detail and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• • Review architectural drawings and project specifications to determine material requirements
• • Calculate accurate material quantities and labor costs using estimation software
• • Communicate with project managers and clients to clarify specifications
• • Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals
• • Track estimation accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities
• • Maintain organized records of all project estimates and quotes

Requirements

• ✓ 2-4 years of experience in estimating or related construction field
• ✓ Strong proficiency with estimation software and CAD tools
• ✓ Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• ✓ Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods
• ✓ Strong communication and attention to detail
• ✓ Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
