Expert Advice for Applicants
- Lead with Your Microsoft Certification Acronyms: Because this role enforces a strict compliance filter for specific Microsoft credentials (AI-102, AZ-204, DP-100, and AZ-400), candidates should place these alphanumeric codes right at the top of their CV under their name header. This guarantees clear visual identification during initial technical reviews.
- Quantify Python/C# and Cloud Deployment Metrics: To properly satisfy the required 5–6 year experience range, do not just list project tasks. Structure your engineering bullets to showcase total asset lifecycle handling, such as: "Engineered a secure Python-based RAG pipeline via Azure OpenAI, utilizing vector search methodologies to link enterprise datasets to custom Azure Web Apps."
- Highlight Dual Programming and Low-Code Mastery: The hiring division is hunting for developers who can bridge traditional coding with modern low-code automation tools. Emphasize your balanced background in building custom backend integrations and successfully extending them into Power Platform workflows or Copilot Studio systems to directly optimize corporate processes.
