Job Overview

The Office of the District Health Officer (DHO), Lakki Marwat, under the control of the Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from suitable, qualified, and motivated candidates for multiple vacant positions of EPI Vaccinators.

These positions are offered on a Fixed Pay package for an initial period of one year. The screening, testing, and initial registration phase will be officially processed and administered by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

Position Title: EPI Vaccinator

• Total Number of Posts: 16 Vacancies
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years
• Required Educational Qualifications: * At least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) in Science from a recognized educational board.
• A valid two (02) years Diploma from the Faculty of Paramedics & Allied Health Sciences KP Peshawar (FPAHS).
• Monthly Salary: Purely on a fixed pay basis at Rs. 40,000/- per month per head.
• Contract Duration: Fixed term for one (01) year.

Terms & Conditions (Full Text Details)

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. All candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
8. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
9. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
10. Quota Allocations: A 10% Quota is reserved for Female Candidates, a 02 Percent Quota for disabled candidates, and a 0.5% Quota for Minorities candidates.
11. The hiring recruitment process will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026, as amended vide No. (POLICY)/E&AD/I-10/Initial Recruitment Rules 2026, dated 05/03/2026 from the Establishment Department (Regulation Wing).
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
13. In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from the HEC must be provided.
14. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply Online via ETEA

1. Online Application: Interested candidates must first visit the official portal at www.etea.edu.pk and submit their applications for the posts online.
2. Slip Generation: After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a unique token number, project code, and the candidate's personal information will be generated.
3. Fee Submission: Applicants must take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed, non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app, an active Easypaisa Agent, or at any physical branch of UBL Bank.
4. Receipt Security: Following successful fee submission, candidates must keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing the desired bank stamp safely with themselves and avoid sharing it with anyone.
5. No Physical Mailing Initial Phase: After applying online, candidates are instructed not to send physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Physical copies of testimonials and certified documents must be provided exclusively by candidates who successfully qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for formal scrutiny purposes.
6. SMS Communication: Candidates will be informed through automated SMS alerts by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the web domain. Candidates are strictly directed not to provide ported or converted mobile numbers during registration to prevent delivery failure.
7. Test Logistics: The exact Test Date, Time, and Venue will be explicitly detailed on the printed Roll No. Slip. No separate call letters will be issued to candidates through postal or courier means.
