Terms & Conditions

• Provisional Selection: Candidates are provisionally allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test based on the raw credentials they submit online. A detailed, rigorous scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority later; any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified immediately.
• NADRA Verification Mandate: All applicants must create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying or paying the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications cannot be processed without this verification.
• Project Policy Framework: Appointments and salaries are strictly governed by the Project Implementation Policy (PIP) 2022 of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Government Servants: Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
• Administrative Rights: The competent authority reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies with a cogent reason. Errors/omissions are subject to rectification.

4. Receipt Retention: Keep the original customer copy of the deposit slip (stamped by the bank or containing the digital agent transaction confirmation) safely for your own record. Do not share it with anyone.
5. No Document Submission Required Yet: Do not mail or physically send any documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Document verification will only apply to candidates who successfully clear the screening test.
6. Roll Number Slips: ETEA will notify candidates via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the website. Roll number slips will specify the test date, time, and venue. No separate call letters will be mailed via post.
