Terms and Conditions

1. Age Limit: The required age limit is 18 to 43 years at the time of the interview (which includes the general age relaxation policy designated by the Government of Balochistan).
2. Domicile Restriction: Candidates must possess a valid Local/Domicile Certificate of District Kalat.
3. Required Documents: At the time of the interview, candidates must bring all their original educational certificates/degrees, local/domiciled certificates, CNIC, along with three (3) attested passport-sized photographs and one complete set of verified/attested photocopies of all documents.
4. Technical Qualification: Only technical diplomas and certificates issued by a government-recognized institution or the relevant technical board will be accepted.
5. Quotas: Government-approved quotas for minorities, disabled individuals, and women will be strictly implemented and reserved according to prevailing laws.
6. Nature of Appointment: All vacancies are entirely temporary and on a contract basis for a period of one year. However, the contract may be extended further based on the candidate's satisfactory performance and mutual utility.
7. Transfer Policy: All contract appointments will be non-transferable; selected candidates will have to serve at their designated place of posting, and any request for transfer can lead to termination of the contract at any time.
8. Alteration of Posts: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or completely cancel the number of advertised positions.
9. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to any candidate coming for the test or walk-in interview.
