About This Role
Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is seeking a Deputy Program Officer (WATSAN) to support water, sanitation, and civil works programs in Lahore. This position is based in Lahore and focuses on design and implementation of infrastructure development projects, with oversight of operation and maintenance of municipal services infrastructure including water supply, sanitation, solid waste management, and other civil works.
Key Responsibilities
- • Design and implement infrastructure development projects in water and sanitation sector
- • Oversee operation and maintenance of municipal services infrastructure
- • Manage water supply, sanitation, and solid waste management projects
- • Coordinate civil works and infrastructure development initiatives
- • Monitor project implementation and quality standards
- • Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- • Liaise with local government authorities and stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ 16 years of education or higher degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University
- ✓ Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in design and implementation of infrastructure development projects
- ✓ Experience in water, sanitation, solid waste management, and civil works
- ✓ Knowledge of operation and maintenance of municipal services infrastructure
- ✓ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓ Strong technical and project management skills
- ✓ Maximum age limit: 45 years (may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates)
